The term "icon" is often used without the necessary qualifiers or definitive parameters. When the name Allison Danger is mentioned, however, her relevance within the realm of North American women's independent professional wrestling is irrefutable. In that regard, she is undoubtedly an independent icon.

Having trained from 2000-2006 under the tutelage of the likes of her brother, Steve Corino, himself an iconic figure in the original ECW and later on the independent pro-wrestling scene, Danger has since ascended to ranks of teacher. Conversely, she has ascended to a place of importance and relevance in women's pro-wrestling by creating opportunities for women to receive exposure and valuable experience.

"My brother inspired me to do this," Danger said proudly. "In the process, I get to do something I love and help other women who love doing this get better at it with more opportunities."

Most notable of these accomplishments among independent wrestling fans is Danger's involvement with SHIMMER Women Athletes.

"Being a part of SHIMMER is something special," she said. "I'm so proud of what SHIMMER has become."

Danger added that she hopes to bring that sense of pride and sharing to Magnificent Ladies Wrestling.

"I came to Magnificent Ladies Wrestling because there is such a great mix of veterans and rising talent. Magnificent Ladies Wrestling is a great place to learn and teach while entertaining the fans."

Using what she describes as an amalgam of wrestling genre that includes grappling, lucha, technical, strong style, and others, Danger said that she will take every opportunity in Magnificent Ladies Wrestling to entertain the fans with her tough, athletic, and charismatic persona.

"I like to finish off my opponents with a step-up enzuigiri I call the 'Shimmering Warlock.' The fans love it, and I love doing it because it exemplifies who I am in the ring."
