Tina San Antonio

The Brooklyn Beauty with Attitude

Height: 5-foot-2
Weight: 130 pounds
Hometown: Brooklyn, New York

As fellow Magnificent Ladies Wrestling star Aida Marie can attest to, you've got to be tough to survive in Brooklyn. Born, raised and educated in New York, Tina San Antonio brings that toughness and a will to succeed with her to Magnificent Ladies Wrestling, where she's looking to make a splash.

"I bring my Manhattan style with a Brooklyn attitude to the ring," San Antonio said. "I am not called cocky or conceited. I am confident."

Under the tutelage of WWE Hall of Famer Johnny Rodz, San Antonio began training in March 2009. "I wanted to stay fit and in shape," she explained. "So, I took up wrestling since I was always curious about it."

She made her debut five months later in an intergender tag team match and has continued in her pursuit to become one of the top women's professional wrestlers in the world. When asked what she is most proud of in her career so far, San Antonio replied, "Never giving up. Becoming a great wrestler does not happen overnight.

"You have to dedicate so much time both in an out of the ring. Once you think you might have it all together, you get a reality check that it takes years to understand this business."

Describing herself as an "all-rounder," San Antonio brings a variety of weapons with her to Magnificent Ladies Wrestling. Her swanton, roundoff backsplash into a bulldog, hurricanrana, head scissors, swinging neck breaker and Russian leg sweep are all favorites, but her "Asset Driver" leg drop and "TSA" cartwheel into a guillotine choke are her go-to moves to finish an opponent off.

While wrestling fans may be familiar with her in-ring talents, San Antonio has a variety of interests. "I love traveling and I am a great cook," she said with a smile.

Being a relative newcomer to Magnificent Ladies Wrestling means nothing for this blonde beauty, who expects nothing but the best. "Just because I am new in Magnificent Ladies Wrestling, that does not mean a thing," she said. "I am bringing my confidence and I am coming to win. I'm looking forward to the competition and kicking some butt for the fans."
